Foundations
This was a historic coffee plantation, with 27 buildings, functioning water and electrical systems, and old fruit trees that were planted decades ago… It was used to grow some of the world’s best coffee, and still hosts a plethora of life and variety, including the national bird, Quetzal, and the Puma, Toucans, the “Jesus Lizard” and other rare and very special varieties of wildlife, bugs, plants, etc.
Access
We are nestled in the tropical mountains above Chicacao, Guatemala, a one hour drive from Lago Atitlán, two hours from Antigua, three hours from the capital city, and three hours from the pacific beaches, and the trending surf town of El Paredon.
The town of Chicacao has roughly 40,000 people which makes it one of the biggest population towns around the lake, and is developing year by year. There is also a newly paved road from Santiago to San Marcos la Laguna which makes Chicacao now even more accessible to one of the most visited tourist destinations at the lake for artists, creators, spiritualists and health-advocates.

Water
The farm has a few rivers, and multiple fresh mountain springs, and as we are at the top of the mountain valley, no one else touches the water before us, so it’s about as fresh as it gets.
There are water spouts throughout the property, and each private lot will also have running water access, as well as basic electricity needs as required.
